Welcome to the Stockbridge Sportsmen's Club - Situated on
119 scenic acres in the heart of the Berkshires, the club provides a secure and dedicated environment for fellowship and pursuit
of the outdoor sports. Our facilities are open to members and their guests, and we welcome new applications for membership
that are sponsored by a current member. In addition, our spacious banquet hall is available to the public for private functions,
meetings and catered events. See the Club contact information at the bottom of this page.
CLUB NOTES • CHANGE NOTICE
- The Skip Whalen ECHO LAKE ICE FISHING DERBY: The 35th annual Skip Whalen
ice fishing derby is RESCHEDULED to February 26th, 2012. The weather is not cooperating
so a decision on whether safe ice will allow this event will be made closer to the new date. Look to this website for updates. • ROCKY MOUNTAIN ELK FOUNDATION BANQUET:
The Bay State Chapter banquet will be held at the Stockbridge Sportsmen's Club on February 11th. See the Events & Calendar
page for details and a link to download a banquet reservation form. HUNTER
EDUCATION COURSES: MassWildlife holds about 80 Basic Hunter Education courses around the State each year. You
must attend one of these courses to be elligible for a hunting license. Enrollment opens 60 days prior to the course date,
and classes fill very quickly thereafter. To see the current course schedule click here. Note: There will be a Basic Hunter Education Course in Lee in
the first week of April. 2012 MEMBERSHIP DUES: Your
2012 membership renewal is now overdue if you have not already paid. The newsletters have renewal forms at the bottom
that you can send in with payment. Don't forget to update your contact information and be sure to include an EMAIL address
